Designing Training and Training Materials

This course develops the instructional design competence of facilitators, trainers, and supervisors preparing training for students in law enforcement and public service organisations. It focuses on creating structured, purposeful, and engaging learning experiences through lesson planning, objective writing, logical sequencing, and creative learner-centred strategies. By the end of the course, participants will be able to design complete, high-quality training packages that align with institutional standards and operational needs.
