Gazetted Officers Orientation Course
Faculty of Leadership and Professional Development (FLPD)
The course will provide tools that can be used to build the capacity of recently promoted gazetted officers. It involves sensitizing the members to their position, roles, functions, organizational
expectations and responsibilities. Participants will be exposed to information that they will need to apply to their personal and professional life that can be used to foster growth, professionally and personal. Participants will be required
to demonstrate their assimilation of the information via individual and team work.

The Inspectors Development Workshop has been designed to sensitize recently promoted inspectors on their roles and responsibilities, expectations and decorum thus enabling them to make a smooth transition to the Inspectorate.
